We are so excited to welcome our newest additions to the Collective Bias family! Here is a little about them:

Rachelle Lasquite, Account Executive (Chicago).

Rachelle (pronounced ‘Rachel’) Lasquite is absolutely ecstatic to be a part of the Collective Bias team! She graduated from the University of Iowa where she studied marketing and psychology. Rachelle was involved in an overwhelming amount of student organizations, and interned with some amazing companies. She is a city girl with an irreplaceable love for my hometown, Chicago! In her spare time she loves being creative–exploring my passions for photography, crafting, and fashion. She is an avid yogi so awkward stretching will be really fun for her! Rachelle has a love for all things social media, marketing and pr, and (of course!) the Chicago Bulls!

Kelli Dearing, Collective Bias Office Administrator.

Kelli is a Northwest Arkansas native; graduating from Springdale High School.  At the age of 19, she went to work for a small, Fayetteville, Arkansas law firm.  While working there she obtained her paralegal certification (specializing in Domestic Relations).  She later took an opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company, Leggett & Platt/Pace Industries in Fayetteville.  While there she held various positions with her favorite being the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CMO.  After several years there, Kelli was able to fulfill a dream of being a stay at home wife and mother.  In 2011 she began her employment with Walmart Home Office in Bentonville.  While there she was the VP Administrative Assistant for two leaders in Global Internal Audit.

Kelli married Joseph, her junior high sweetheart, in 2011.  She is the proud mother of a 14 year old daughter, Josephine and two preteen step children, Joseph and Elise.

Christy Gossett, Products team.

Christy is the author and chief sparkle queen at Insanity is not an Option. She enjoys her role as Campaign Leader for Collective Bias through its Social Fabric Community and is thrilled about her new position with AisleShare. In her past life, Christy was an Assistant Operations Manager at a concrete plant in Atlanta, and prior to that was in inside sales and marketing. The corporate world was never the best fit for her free spirit so she left to pursue a more peaceful and meaningful life for herself and her family. Currently, she is the WAHM of 6 kids (yes SIX) from the ages of 23 all the way down to 4. She is happily married to the love of her life (third time’s the charm…everyone needs practice) and living on an island. Although she realizes that insanity IS an option, she chooses not to take that route.
