Meet A Community Member ~ Karen from Ting’s Mom

Karen is a thirty-something girl living the good life in rural South Arkansas. She and her husband have two children. She works full-time in healthcare marketing, and is a self-proclaimed social media addict.  Karen’s blog, Ting’s Mom, started as an alternative to the traditional baby book, but it has grown by leaps and bounds in the two short years of its existence. Karen loves to share stories about her life, and the cute things her children do. She also enjoys sharing product and event reviews with her readers when she find things that she truly loves.

What has been your favorite campaign with Social Fabric?

My favorite campaign was Cookies Kids. I love shopping for my kids, but I am a super frugal (aka, cheap) mom. I loved being able to do a little shopping and discover some great things.

What do you enjoy most about the Social Fabric Community?

Any type of networking community makes me happy. But I love discovering new products and services. Even if I don’t get selected for a campaign, I still learn a little about something new and try to try it out anyway.

Any fun or interesting facts about yourself or your blog that you would like to share with the world?

I am constantly amazed by the blogging world and I have recently become an analytics junkie. I could spend hours researching analytics about my blog and all the social media outlets I use. Trying to figure out why one blog posts had 100 views while another had 1,000 is a challenge to me and I love every minute of it.

If you were sent to a deserted island with one other person, who would it be and what 3 things would you bring with you?

On a deserted island, how fun! I would take my husband for sure. And I would bring our son, our daughter, and a computer. I would have my family all to myself without the distractions of the rest of the world. With my computer I would figure out how to get the other things we need shipped in to us!
