We are very fortunate to have an awesome team working hard to help us grow and expand into new markets. We’re excited to announce some new hires and promotions. The rest of this year and 2013 look awesome and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
New Hires
Kristen Brown, General Manager – Minneapolis Office
Heidi Clark, Project Manager
Heidi joins our team full time as a Project Manager. Heidi comes to us directly from our community, where she’s been a member for over a year. She started out as a blogger working on campaigns, helped the community team on a contract-basis and now will contribute to our production team and rocking out awesome campaigns! Melissa Garcia, Social Media Strategist
Melissa joins our community team as Social Media Strategist working on the Community team. She will focus on new tactic development for our programs, in addition to helping execute social tool management for our clients. Melissa was a Walmart Mom for almost four years. Annette McCormick, Project Manager
Annette joins our team as a full time Project Manager and will focus on our New York accounts. She recently graduated from Penn State with a degree in Advertising and PR and a concentration in Business & Art History. Promotions
Stewart Cox, Product Manager
Originally from North Carolina, Stewart has worked for Collective Bias as a Technology Project Manager and has built and directed Social Fabric University from the ground up. As Product Manager he’ll take his ability to successfully develop valuable and profitable products to build out and manage Collective Bias’ product offerings. Matt Garcia, VP of Client Service
Matt has been promoted to Vice President of Client Service and will lead the Account Team. Matt’s performance as an Account Director has been an excellent record of customer relations, problem resolution and proven customer results. Matt is known for his ability to be a team player and overcome problems during challenging times and we believe Matt is a great leader for the other members of the account team. Monica Johnson, Director of Operations
Monica was a great leader for the production team, training and developing them to deliver successful campaigns for our clients. In her new role as Director of Operations, Monica will take her passion for people and process development and oversee the company’s operating functionalities and help to find efficiencies to better the productivity of our teams. Brad Lawless, VP of Strategy and Analytics
Brad has been a significant part of our company growth and development, and now as VP of Strategy and Analytics he will lead a team to further develop our analytics and reporting capabilities. Lauren Rodkin, Production Manager
Lauren has proven her exceptional skills as a Sr. Project Manager and has been promoted to Production Manager. Lauren will oversee the daily functions of the Project Management team and manage the production schedule, while monitoring the production process. Mailena Urso, Director of Marketing and Communications
Starting as a Project Manager, Mailena soon realized her passion and focus was in communications. Mailena has proven much success as Communications Manager for Collective Bias, assisting in developing an outbound communications channel. Courtney Velasquez, VP of Community
