Meet a Community Member ~ Kristin Wheeler

Mama Luvs Books is a site that includes: Giveaways, Book Reviews, Product Reviews, Reading Tips, and Fun Posts! It is hosted by a former teacher, with a Masters in Education, and a LOVER of books!

Kristin Wheeler is a Rhode Islander who was an educator of eight years.  She has a Masters in Middle School Education, and she provides parenting tips, discussions, giveaways, book reviews, and product reviews on her site. She’s a mom, wife, and blogger, who greatly enjoys and tries to balance all three!

What has been your favorite campaign with Social Fabric?

I’ve loved all the campaigns that I’ve worked on so far. Some highlights include: trying on a $2,500 bracelet for the Mother’s Day Wish List (#Charriol), seeing The Lorax (#CouchCritics) with my kids, designing fun Colgate Easter baskets for my kids (#EasterSmiles), and seeing the excitement on my kids’ faces when we got new clothes for Easter delivered to the door (#MyHartstrings).

What do you enjoy most about the Social Fabric Community?

I love applying for shoppertunities and waiting to see if I “get a banana,” as well as talking with other bloggers in the forums and making connections and building relationships with them. The community is amazing and supportive. I am on the site multiple times a day! It’s by far the best blogging community I’ve been a part of. I love it and hope to continue with Social Fabric for a long time to come!

Any fun or interesting facts about yourself or your blog that you would like to share with the world?

I have lived in VA, OK, CA, IL, and RI, all within the past 12 years. Also, I have traveled to many countries including: England, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Canada, and the Bahamas.

If you were sent to a deserted island with one other person, who would it be and what 3 things would you bring with you?

It would be my husband, and I would have to have food, books, and my iPhone.
