Happy 3rd Birthday, Collective Bias!
It’s hard to believe it has been 3 years. I could swear it has only been 1 year…I guess time flies when you are having fun!
Friday, May 11, 2012 marks the day that the Collective Bias company hit the ripe old age of 3 years old!
I joined the Social Fabric® community almost 3 years ago and have been an employee of Collective Bias for 2 of those years. My experience has been nothing less than stellar. I love my job, I love my co-workers and I love working in Bentonville, Ark.
Every year we celebrate our company’s birthday, but this year we wanted to make it special for the community and the company. Leading up to our birthday, we had a Spirit Week. And then on May 11 we did a virtual run benefiting Girls on the Run.
We had a daily themed photo sharing event that the Collective Bias employees and the Social Fabric community members participated in.
Monday was a bubble message where everyone wrote one word that described, “What is Collective Bias?”,

Tuesday was “Fun Sock Day” where everyone shared photos of their feet wearing funky socks. If you are wondering why funky sock… our co-founder and CSMO are famous for wearing matching fun socks. It just made sense!

Wednesday was “Whittle, Whittle Wednesday”. We sent out Flat Whittles for everyone to decorate and have fun with. Chris Whittle is our coding Ninja and is always in the community helping bloggers with all their tech issues. They love him and so do we!

Thursday was “Brand Appreciation Day”. Take a photo with your favorite brand and share on Instagram! We are a social shopper marketing company…thus the branded consumer good!

Friday was “Race Day/Spirit Day” Show your spirit by wearing green or show your self wearing your race bib. We ended up having 57 Social Fabric members that signed up to participate, 15 CB employees and 2 dogs who walked the Crystal Bridges trail in Bentonville!
Here’s to many more birthday celebrations.

Spirit week was so much fun! Cheers to another year!
