A year ago today, we moved into our current office and for a while had only one piece of furniture. Thankfully we were small enough to fit around one conference table. But as much as we love each other, we had to get our own spaces to concentrate and focus on building this business. Check out Sandy’s awesome photo tour of our space and how it filled out in just a year: http://www.organizewithsandy.com/2011/08/11/collective-bias/.

A year ago today, we moved into our current space off the Square in Bentonville, AR.

We all worked around this table for a month....

Brad and Jerra making do with what he had. We're scrappy alright!

Though we outgrew this office in six months, we made do with what we had and continued churning out awesomesauce. We got our own desks and had a custom, mobile marker board made to use for brainstorming, and had lots of nerf gun wars.

We love our cozy, open office atmosphere, but it’s time to evolve and expand. We’re so excited about our new space and have started making it our own. We’ll be showing the progress as we go, but here’s a sneak peek of our new office for your viewing pleasure!

Keys in hand....now to make it ours! Look how excited we are!

We painted the exterior and put a huge bar code on the side.

Furniture!

...and we have walls!

When I first started, which was a little over a year ago, there were only 15 employees. Now we have over 30….pretty amazing, huh? We’ll pack up today and start moving stuff early next week. Stay tuned!

Thanks for reading! (and thanks Rebecca for the awesome Monkey!)
