Meet A Community Member ~ Stacey Heneveld

Stacey is a mom to a deep-thinking 5 year old, a comedic 3 year old, and a sleep-depriving infant. She owns and writes at StaceySays.com, co-owns MediaTreats, LLC {specializing in extending the invitation to companies and individuals to bridge the gap between “you” and “them”}, and co-creater of Gleek Retreat {a conference for bloggers, by bloggers}, Simply put, I slay dragons and eat lots of chocolate.

What has been your favorite campaign with Social Fabric?

I really liked working on with The UPS Store (Winter 2010/2011). I had the opportunity to involve my kids, random strangers, and two amazing charities! So rewarding!!!

What do you enjoy most about the Social Fabric Community?

I love the support within the community! Yes, the shops and campaigns are fun, but I really enjoy the random conversations within the groups and forums. And the real-life connections and friendships that have come out of being a part of the community are amazing!

Any fun or interesting facts about yourself or your blog that you would like to share with the world?

I have been blogging since 2005 and started by hard-coding my blog. I still love to write in code. I love watching Jeopardy and am looking forward to getting my second tattoo.

If you were sent to a deserted island with one other person, who would it be and what 3 things would you bring with you?

I will go with the non-predictable answer and say Alex Trebek. He is a wealth of useless knowledge! I’d bring with me a notebook, a very large box of ink pens (the notebook isn’t much use without the pens), and an obscene amount of chocolate.
