This weeks featured member is Chris Lewis also known as the Dad of Divas. Chris is a mid-west Daddy blogger that is very active in the Collective Bias community…we say, “Jump,” and he says, “How high?”

Chris_Lewis1. What are you passionate about- Tell us about yourself.  I am a father of two girls that are continually teaching me about the value of fatherhood (as well as patience) on a daily basis. Being a father of two divas, I am continually trying to regain my “kingdom”, though I know that eventually this may be a losing battle. I have been writing at Dad of Divas for almost 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. My blog focuses on family life, parenting issues as well as dad/manly topics as well (at times). The blog also shares a number of products and services geared toward my readers as well.  I love meeting new people and connecting others together! I also love singing and have (in the past) even competed with a men’s barbershop chorus! Overall though, I am passionate about my kids and my family, they are what I live for and adore!
2. How did you get involved with Collective Bias?  I got involved with Collective Bias originally when I was invited to join by BuckDaddy. I never would have realized all of the opportunities that this initial invite would open to me as well as the great connections and friendships that I have and am fostering in this community. I have gotten involved in many ways in CB, joining many groups in my time within the group as well as am now leading a group on Faith Focussed products (working with Dayspring). I have come to truly enjoy working both with my other CB members as well as with the companies and have loved all of the great ideas that have been shared along the way as well.
3. What have been your favorite projects with Collective Bias?  Most recently the Shave New World, Norelco campaign was awesome! I loved being able to give my wife the opportunity to perform a makeover on me and have to say that I think she did a great job. I also recently took part in a video montage about what CB is all about and love how it all turned out. Finally, I am really enjoying the current project I am working on with DaySpring as we move forward looking at faith based products and what defines purpose in a tween/teenager’s life. All of my experiences have been both eye-opening and rewarding and I cannot say enough about the positive rewards I have gotten from my membership in this group!
4. What are you excited about right now?  I have a number of opportunities on the blocks right now that I am excited about including a great new initiative that will be starting next week with American Girl (Check out the blog next week). I also am excited about the new project with CB working with Day Spring that will be forming over the next few weeks, it should be exciting! Finally, I am loving how much I am learning about blogging from the great people here at CB as well as around the blogging world.
5. Where can we find you on the Web?  First and formost you can find me over at Dad of Divas. I also am writing on a general review blog – Dad of Divas Reviews as well as am one of the founders at Dad Revolution and an active conntributer to BookDads. You will find me lurking and reviewing over at An Island Life at times as well as on Twitter and Facebook. Outside of this I try to stay active and comment as much as I can. I also do some guest blogging around the net every now and again.
